Fire Prevention at the Octorara High School

Saturday, April 14th, 2007 the Cochranville Fire Company was invited to attend the
Octorara YMCA Health Fair at the Octorara High School. Patches the remote controlled
dog made a big hit with the kids. We also had our fire prevention trailer there, so that the
kids could see what it could look like when they open their bedroom door in a fire. We
handed out information on different fire prevention topics. It was a great day had by the
community and also the juniors and fire fighters.
