Auto Accident on Route 10

Thursday, August 2nd, 2007 at 1752 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company, Ambulance
28-2 and Medic 94-1 were alerted for an auto accident with injuries at Route 10 and Gum
Tree Road in Highland Township. Engine 27-1 went enroute with a crew of five in two
minutes. When they arrived on scene they found a two vehicle accident blocking the
intersection. Once the police department arrived both vehicles were moved to the side.
The engine crew assisted with patient care and spill control. Traffic 27 assisted with
traffic control. Ambulance 28-2 transported two patients to Brandywine Hospital. Units
returned available at 1825 hours.
