Auto Accident on Steelville Road

Monday, January 7th, 2008, at 1909 hours, during our first active crew meeting of the year,
the Cochranville Fire Company and Lancaster Ambulance 5-2-1 were alerted for an auto
accident on the 2700 block of Steelville Road in West Fallowfield Township. Within
minutes Engine 27-1, QRS 27, Rescue 27, Traffic 27 and Engine 27-3 were en route.
At 1917 hours, all 27 units arrived on scene and found a pickup truck on its side. All
occupants were out of the vehicle.
Assistant 27, Bill Simcox, had “Steelville Command.”
Ambulance 5-2-1 transported one patient to Lancaster General Hospital.
All units cleared the scene by 2040 hours.
