Another Highland Township Accident

Saturday, April 12th, 2008 while preparing for the Fabulous Hubcaps Concert, at 1924
hours, the Cochranville Fire Company, Parkesburg Ambulance 28 and Medic 94 were
alerted for an auto accident reported serious on Route 10 and Gum Tree Road in Highland
Township.  

Engine 27-1, Engine 27-5, Traffic 27 and Chief Neff went en route from the Octorara High
School at 1927 hours.  Chester County Fire Board advised the responding units that there
was one vehicle into a wall.

Lieutenant Trainor arrived on scene in the traffic unit at 1930 hours reporting one vehicle
in the roadway blocking traffic.  

One patient was transported by Ambulance 28 with Medic 94-2 to Jennersville Regional
Hospital.  

After the car was towed and the debris was cleared from the roadway, all 27 returned to
the school available by 1959 hours.
