Assist 37 With A House

Friday, June 1st, 2007, at 0446 hours, Station 37 (Modena), Engine 44-5, Ladder 43 and
Engine 76 were alerted for a house fire at North Brandywine and Woodland Avenue in
Modena Borough. At 0451 Chief 37 was on scene reporting a three story dwelling fully
involved and assumed "Woodland Command." At 0452 hours, Engine 29-5, Tanker 39, the
Cochranville Fire Company's Engine 27-5, and Tanker 36 were all alerted for the first
alarm tanker task force. The second alarm tanker task force was also called in. Engine
27-5 was on scene at 0532 hours. The fire was put under control at 0551 hours. Engine
27-5 returned available at 0828 hours.
