Assist Station 44 with a Building

Tuesday, September 18th, 2007, the Cochranville Fire Company's Engine 27-5 was alerted
along with Station 44, Station 29, and Engine 31-1 at 1425 hours to South Park Avenue in
Valley Township for a building fire. Within 2 minutes, it was upgraded to the working fire
dispatch. Deputy 44 had "South Park Avenue Command" until Chief 44, John Sly, arrived.
Engine 27-5 went en route with a crew of 5 at 1431 hours and arrived on scene at 1445
hours.
The fire was put under control at 1440 hours.
The crew from the engine assisted with ventilation and clean up. Engine 27-5 returned
available at 1600 hours.
