2nd Alarm Building Fire in Sadsbury Township

Wednesday, June 4th, 2008 at 0015 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company was alerted for
Engine 27-5 to assist the Pomeroy Fire Company (Station 29) on the 2nd alarm building
fire at 50 Chestnut Street in Sadsbury Township.

Engine 27-5 responded with six at 0022 hours and arrived on scene at 0034.  

While on scene, the engine crew along with members of  Pomeroy, Sadsburyville,
Parkesburg, Atglen, Westwood, Coatesville, and Martins Corner Fire Companies assisted
with overhaul.  

Deputy Taylor of Pomeroy released the Cochranville crew and they returned available at
0212 hours.
