Saturday, December 1st, 2012 at 0803 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company, Christiana Ambulance 5-2 and Southern Chester County Medic 94 were alerted for an auto accident reported serious on the 2000 Block of Limestone Road in West Fallowfield Township.

Engine 27-1 responded with a crew of five at 0810 followed by Rescue 27 with a crew of four at 0812.

Assistant Hoopes arrived on scene at 0814 hours confirming the report of one vehicle off the roadway and took “Route 10 Command.”

QRS 27 also responded.

Personnel from the Engine and Rescue assisted with removing the patient safely from the vehicle, while others from the Rescue and QRS handled traffic control.

Ambulance 5-2-1 and Medic 94-1 transported one patient to Christiana Hospital.

All 27 units returned available by 0833 hours.
